Please transfer payment to our designated company account, within 3 working days.We may cancel your order if we do not receive any payment within 3 working days.It is important for you to contact us, if you are not able to make payment on time.

Cash on delivery

Goods will be delivered by Sagawa express(cash on delivery) or Kuronekoyamato Delivery Service.All orders received before 4pm (16:00 GMT) are packaged and dispatched the same day.(Shipping times might vary, depending on the contents of your order.)

Please note that, orders received after(16:00 GMT) will be delivered on the next working day.

No Overseas Trading

1. Please contact
   • We do not accept returns or exchange of goods.However, we accept returns for online goods only, if the guidelines mentioned below have been met with.
2. Return period / Commodity state
   • Please contact us within 2 working days, after you have received the goods.We do not accept any returns, if no contact has been made.
3. Shipping method
   • We only accept return of goods, within 2 working days after you have received the delivery.
   • After receiving the delivery, kataokashoten.com will examine the items, and if the product is found to be in good order without defects, a full refund for the item will be made to you via bank transfer.
   • We will not accept any return of goods, if they sustained damage caused by the negligence of the customer. And in some cases, whereby (Kataokashoten.com) is entrusted with items due for amendments and repair.
   • Kataokashoten.com will only be responsible for a full refund of the item(excluding any amendment fee).The customer will be responsible for other costs, for example, repairing and amendment fee.

In some circumstances, we may share photos from your purchase for temporarily purposes.
